Like to Bead?

When we moved to Shaker Square, we knew that we had to get to know our neighborhood and our neighbors. What we are finding out is that our community likes to bead, and make their own jewelry for themselves and friends.

So we have started carrying beads by local artists like Daniel Echeverry. His beautiful lampwork is pictured above. These will fit on any standard size cord or chain, and are even more beautiful in person than in the picture.

Lake Erie Artists is Moving One Block North for Thanksgiving Weekend

Looking for a fun holiday shopping experience for Thanksgiving Weekend in Cleveland, Ohio? Lake Erie Artists Gallery is growing legs and taking a stroll one block north to Larchmere for the Thanksgiving Weekend to join the Larchmere Holiday Stroll.

Just one block north of Shaker Square, Larchmere is home to a remarkable collection of art, antiques, books, restaurants, and cafes. Lake Erie Artists Gallery will also be open in the Shaker Square location during regular weekend hours both days of the Holiday Stroll.

Hours for the Larchmere Holiday Stroll are Friday, November 26, 2010 11 am to 8 pm, and Saturday, November 27, 2010 11 am to 8 pm. We will be just a couple doors west of Loganberry Books, in the former dry cleaners on Larchmere (corner of Cheshire and Larchmere). Come in to either location for a glass of wine, and other yummy refreshments as you shop.
